About The CEO and Creative Lead
Darren Taylor is the CEO and Creative Lead of TaylorMade Media. He founded the company with the vision of being a Black-owned & Millennial led creative agency to help bring brand visions to life.

A Maryland native, Darren graduated high school and within the same week, started college in an accelerated program at the Art Institute of Washington, where he majored in Audio Production. He later graduated in 2012 from Bowie State University after majoring in Communications–Broadcast Journalism. He is proficient in web design, music production, marketing, and branding.

Before graduating from college, Darren began his career as a Marketing Assistant for the “Up Close & Personal” Tour headlined by Chris Brown, and later as the Promotions Assistant at Radio One. Earning two degrees and gaining industry experience under his belt, Darren was actively producing music, web designing as well as marketing for local churches, businesses, and artists around the United States.

As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Darren enjoys being the Media Chairman for his chapter and is also serving on the Social Media team at Kappa Alpha Psi’s International Headquarters.

When he isn't creating, Darren enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, spending time with his family, and mentoring the youth at his local church. “Everyday, in all things, I give thanks. I seek the goodness and fulfillment life has granted me”. - Darren
